Super Bowl Sunday!

I had my weigh in Sunday morning 2/7/10. I lost 3.6 pounds!!

I an just so excited. I feel like I'm in a special place. My total loss now is 18.6 lbs!

I'm looking forward to the summer like never before. My goal of 2lbs a week is being attained with little stress.

I'm finding time for myself and not feeling guilty about it. I'm finally putting myself first.

I'm on the treadmill everyday and I love it.

I'm looking forward to this sunday to see if I reach my total loss of 20lbs. That will be 1/5th of the way towards my goal of losing 100 pounds!!!!

I'm not going to stop !!

Everyone get moving !!!

  1. That's great news Kat!!I'm taking your same attitude about losing just a couple of pounds a week and it is working for me too!! I've been going to the treadmill every day too..woo hooo - Keep up the great work for a healthier tomorrow!!

  2. Ali !!!! Thank you for sharing!! I'm so glad you are treadmilling with me!!
    It really does make a difference to have that tiny goal of 2 a week. Maybe one day in the Spring we can go hiking in the mountains!! That would be a great workout and it will be something different! Keep up your routine! I'm so happy!!!!!!!
