I had my weigh in Sunday morning 2/7/10. I lost 3.6 pounds!!
I an just so excited. I feel like I'm in a special place. My total loss now is 18.6 lbs!
I'm looking forward to the summer like never before. My goal of 2lbs a week is being attained with little stress.
I'm finding time for myself and not feeling guilty about it. I'm finally putting myself first.
I'm on the treadmill everyday and I love it.
I'm looking forward to this sunday to see if I reach my total loss of 20lbs. That will be 1/5th of the way towards my goal of losing 100 pounds!!!!
I'm not going to stop !!

That's great news Kat!!I'm taking your same attitude about losing just a couple of pounds a week and it is working for me too!! I've been going to the treadmill every day too..woo hooo - Keep up the great work for a healthier tomorrow!!

ReplyDeleteIt really does make a difference to have that tiny goal of 2 a week. Maybe one day in the Spring we can go hiking in the mountains!! That would be a great workout and it will be something different! Keep up your routine! I'm so happy!!!!!!!
